The Right Finishing Process for the Right Application

Not every design is suitable for the same finishing. That's why at STSL®, we choose the process that best suits the respective motif and the desired result.

Embroidery

Our logos and many of our lettering designs are embroidered to a high standard.

Embroidery gives the garment a special depth and texture that can not only be seen but also felt. At the same time, it impresses with its high durability and high-quality character.

That's why we deliberately choose embroidery for our logos.

Screen Printing

For larger motifs or back prints, we use high-quality screen printing – depending on the design.

This process allows for strong colors, high opacity, and excellent durability. Especially for larger areas, screen printing delivers a clean and long-lasting result.

DTG (Direct to Garment)

Depending on the motif, we also use high-quality DTG printing.

With this method, the design is printed directly onto the fabric. This process is particularly suitable for detailed designs with subtle gradients or many colors.

When processed professionally, it produces high-quality prints with a pleasant feel and high level of detail.

Why We Use Different Processes

There isn't one perfect finishing process.

Embroidery, screen printing, and DTG each have different strengths. That's why we individually decide for each product which process will best achieve the desired result.
