100% Cotton – Why We Chose It for Many Products

At STSL®, quality doesn't just start with the finished garment, but with the choice of material itself. We make every fabric decision consciously – not based on the cheapest price, but on the best result.

Why 100% Cotton?

Our hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, and joggers are deliberately made from 100% cotton.

Many garments today are made from blended fabrics such as 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Such material combinations can be useful depending on the application and offer advantages in terms of elasticity, shape retention, or drying time.

However, for our cotton collections, we deliberately chose pure cotton – because it brings exactly the properties we expect from high-quality streetwear.

Especially with heavy fabrics of 220, 350, or 450 GSM, pure cotton unfolds its special properties and provides the wearing comfort that distinguishes our products.

The Right Material for the Right Purpose

Not every garment has the same requirements.

While we deliberately rely on 100% cotton for hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, and joggers, we specifically use other materials for functional products such as nylon styles or winter jackets when they meaningfully support the intended use.

Weather resistance, light weight, or thermal insulation require different material properties than classic streetwear. That's why we choose the material that best serves its purpose for each product.

Quality Begins Long Before Production

The quality of a garment doesn't just arise during sewing.

It begins with the selection of materials, continues through spinning, knitting, or weaving, and only ends with the careful processing of each individual product.

That's why we work exclusively with experienced production partners who share our demands for material quality, workmanship, and durability.
